They do get VERY busy - wait time can be a little long, but they're so good about getting your baby in ASAP and last minute that I wouldn't expect a shorter wait time. I appreciate them working so well with our schedules.”

“My two wonderful cats needed help. They had some skin issues that I could not get rid of. I thought it was fleas or ticks but I was able to get rid of the fleas with shampoos and a flea trap. I hadn't seen a flea in over a year but the skin issues persisted on both cats. My Lake Hamilton Animal Hospital visit took only an hour total and Dr Ashley Stephens turned things around! She is absolutely brilliant, she's quick, she's incredibly good at what she does! Both cats received vaccines, steroid shot, antibiotic shot. I had fought this skin problem for so long using flea shampoos, anti-fungal shampoos, even cat-safe essential oils and skin cream. Nothing worked. So when I left the animal hospital with my cats I admit I felt a little teary-eyed, you know? Additionally, my cats came home NOT traumatized! Look, you know how difficult cats are but they handled them so well! My cat Sofi didn't even cry much at all. She cried more in the car going to the vet than she did in the office being given the shots. I think I heard 2-3 meows out of her when Dr Stephens gave her the shots and checked her skin. Incredible! Best money spend ever. <3”

“I took my French Bulldog in for some stomach issues and they did everything perfectly! He was literally dying and 2 days later he was back to his happy little self. Staff was amazing too, super sweet, helped me with a lot since this was my first time vet visit as a 19 year old with my first dog lol. Thanks to yall I still have my soul pup!❤️?”
