Customer service not good, it was like I was asking a favor for the teller to do her job. Arvest now has additional charges on accts under 3000.00 and they charge for checks.....service and quality very disappointing.

I usually use this branch office in order to take care of issues that I can't online. I've rarely ever had a problem here. I've used Arvest Bank for over a decade and recently paid off an auto loan with them.
