“One of the best Auto Parts locations. The customer service is always knowledgeable, polite, and straight to the point (my personal favorite). They always drop whatever they are doing to assist you either inside, or outside (One time a guy helped me outside in the rain and he was literally happy to do it). The manager at this location is also the type that enjoys getting his hands dirty for the customer, as well as the staff. 10 stars if I could.”

“On 6/12/2026 I went to Express to get my oil changed. I told the tech there was a check engine light on in my vehicle and asked if there was a way he could check it. I was told it would take $25 and 25 minutes for a check. I passed and afterwards, my husband told me to go to O'Reilly. I did and spoke to Clayton. Right away he grabbed a handheld device and we went outside to check. Within seconds he told me what was going on. He printed the results. Needless to say, I bought the parts and was out the door within minutes. We are regular customers and I really appreciated Clayton helping me out! He is awesome and so is Kerby!”

“I've been a customer for years and recommend this location. First off, give James a raise. He was helpful and knew his stuff.
That said, corporate, please stock your locations with tools. Luckily I carry my own, but this location didnt even have a 16mm socket in 1/2 inch drive that I could borrow or a serpentine belt tool set. I was able to make due, but it shouldn't be on your employees to bring their own tools to loan out.”
