Our last two homes we bought Rumford fireplaces from Antique Brick designed by Count Rumford in 1796 as super efficient for heat and smoke. Thomas Jefferson even installed Rumfords at Monticello! I have watched their company grow from 1979 to now. And what a transformation it has been. Starting out selling a few antique bricks, and now They are a manufacturer, a retailer a wholesaler a distributor. You owe it to yourself to buy from the experts!”

“This place was pretty quick and nice as could be when unloading flatbed…they will have you pull down beech street to unload so you’re best to stage over there and then check in with them”

“The building itself is what we wanted & the quality is exceptional. But, the customer service isn’t. Our contractor has been trying to order more pieces to finish our project. Our installation has been exposed since April. My husband has also called the company & got the run around! This has caused our timeline to go out the door. And, unnecessary tension between us & our builder. Hopefully, this is resolved quickly… Ben Burgess is who we last contacted so hopefully he is on this!

Follow up on our project. Ben took over after our initial rep left the company. And then is taking care of everything. In fact, received a phone call from him reassuring me. This will be taken care of! I’m starting to have faith in their customer service after all!”
