I had nothing but a great experience here! I got two new tires last week and they let me know that my brake pads needed to be replaced (which they did because they’ve been squealing for a long time now) so I made an appointment and came back today and they replaced my brake pads. Such a great job all around by everyone! The customer service was amazing too, everyone was so friendly! The gentleman I worked with (I believe he said his name was Will, I’m so sorry if I got your name wrong, I’m so terrible at remembering names ??) was super friendly and helpful! Didn’t have to wait longer than expected either. Highly recommend this location!

Was able to drop the truck off on short notice and they rotated the tires and did some other checks in a pretty short period of time

I feel important and respected every single time I walk in there. Sometimes I’m frustrated at my vehicle’s situation, and Dave and Samantha especially help me feel better. They love to teach, and I often have questions. I never feel ripped off, belittled, or pressured during or after a service or purchase.

I've been going to this Firestone for a few years now. All employees are very nice and friendly and service is quick and reasonably priced.
I usually work with Mr. Will. He's always very kind and considerate and always makes sure you understand everything going on with your car. He gives great recommendations on maintaining vehicle health.
