Please fix the Sauna in the mens locker room. It’s been out for a while. There’s not a lot of options anywhere else, and Little Rock Athletic club is extremely expensive.

Best gym ever. Loads of machines and weights. If someone's where you want to be it's easy to find something else for a while.

The track is small and the distances aren't well labeled. There could be more in the weight room. The staff is friendly and helpful

Would be better if people would put their weights back when done. Lazy people leave weights on the equipment.

Good gym. Has weight room, basketball court, locker rooms, cardio room and functional fitness room (aerobic room). It's nothing super flashy but has a good variety of stuff available.

The facility is great, great variety of equipment. The fitness director is wonderful. The rest of the staff is not very friendly though, and they seem to be sitting around not doing much.

Very clean and decent equipment. Compared to all of the bases I've been this is a very well kept and updated gym.

There are no 80, 85, 90, 95 lbs dumbbells in the main wieght lifting room but other than that it is an outstanding gym, unlike the two on JBSA.**Edit** As of early December 2021 they now have 80 - 100 lbs dumbbells
