AVOID THIS STORE. This store is one to avoid!!! Like the plague. Disorganized to the mIx kids close with adults, mens pants with women's. They say they are doing it by color. No can't find anything in with out spending a hour looking through all the different sizes instead of being able to go to the area for the type, size and then color THIS STORE IS THE WORST!!!!! Would give zero if possible.

I just wanted to see exactly what is was about. I donated clothing and it was free why is goodwill charging prices on clothing and stuff that’s given to families in the need??? I googled CEO’s of goodwill they are making a salary of over $100.000.00A year off others free clothes this isn’t right, next time I’ll put them in my yard put free and let the needy pinch thru them.

Love shopping at this Goodwill on Sundays! Store is well organized and no offensive odors. Cashiers are polite. My favorite Cashier is Brandy! She is always so cheerful and polite!I do wish they would receive some more shopping carts!At the very least, fix the carts that are very damaged (barely move!)I would be willing to “Round up my total” to help pay for more carts! Shoppers would stay longer and shop more ($$$) if they had a shopping cart. Pleeeeease!!

My husband and I love finding weird and unique treasures for our home. We found a unique looking painting that didn’t have a price. I kept trying to figure out who the artist was, but with no luck. We decided to check out and ask about the price. When we got to the check out the lady said she couldn’t price it and would have to get someone else. Ok, not a bit deal. The man took the painting, took a picture, laughs and then says it says $3000. He informed me that this painting must have accidentally been put on the floor. And since it didn’t have a price it means it was meant to be in commerce. He then ran off to the back. ???? My husband and I donate and shop at your stores.We’ve noticed the prices going up significantly. But $3000 for a painting is silly. Overall the entire incident was uncomfortable and now has me researching goodwill profits.

Based on the reviews I'm reading on this location I'm going to try this one out. The Cabot location is apparently money hungry and price gouging their item that are DONATED. Hope to get a better experience trying new locations.

I'm from Alabama and was visiting my daughter in Jacksonville, At. My family and I went into Goodwill and can honestly say that some of the workers were rude as hell. Won't ever go back.
