Appliance section could use some customer service training. Purchased a washer and dryer and was assured they had no issues delivering on base. Nothing but a hassle and was informed not our issue when I was informed I would need to reschedule my delivery for the 3rd time when I asked what could be done to fix the issue. Immediately canceled my order and will be taking my business elsewhere. Such a shame as I've been a longtime lowes customer over the years with my home projects.

Your staff you have working curb side pick up is ridiculous. I called 5 times back to back and was said hello to then hung up on. Then tried to call to talk to manager and I’m still on hold while I type this. It’s been 28 minutes.

I usually get really great service here and good prices. Just would be nice to have more appliance parts in stock- esp for the things that are commonly broken on new appliances. Having to load dishwasher in my car and bring back for exchange sucked. It was otherwise a hassle free exchange and I easily received refund for my delivery charge. The associates are friendly and helpful

Couldn't get anyone to assist us for the longest time but when they finally did, they sold us a defective product and I had to return it. I went to Home Depot in Cabot and had much better service.

Very poor customer service at the Jacksonville Ar. Store. Paid cash for refrigerator and canceled and can’t get my money back. Very poor customer care!!

Would put zero stars if I could. No one will assist you, even when you chase them across the store to ask. Go anywhere else.
