If you want a group of genuine guys who are professional, get the job done quickly, and leave you with a smile, these are your ideal movers. I've worked in customer service for many years myself and it seems that most companies never meet my expectations. Marelyn was an exception. I had shipping delays which were no fault of A-1 Freeman. I recently left the military and the original shipping company at pickup held onto my household goods for weeks before driving them to A-1. I called in and Marelyn was very empathetic and ensured that I received my household goods on the scheduled day. It's rare to meet someone who obviously takes pride in their career. I went from being stressed out about the move to feeling relief because I had people from A-1 who treated my move as if it was their own. Thank you Marelyn for being the intial great impression of the company. Thank you to Terry and his crew for the great experience upon delivery. I rarely have good experiences with companies but this was one of the few exceptions. I truly appreciate you all and can't thank you enough.”
“Great service. I appreciated the in-person review and estimate completed by Kevin. He was very close to our final weight. Nancy, our moving coordinator, was very good with communication and very fast to respond. She also made payment very easy since we were a private pay customer. Frank our driver, was also wonderful. He meet every need we had for the 2200 mile move. He delivered our furniture on the day we requested. His packing crew was also fantastic. Although I'm not finished unpacking. I've found minimal breakage. What I did find with the packing is a job well done. The unloading crew was great. They placed furniture exactly where I asked for it to go. They were fast and very respectful. Overall I would use this group again.”
