I shopped around at the big dealerships around town and none of them were even close to what my budget was and they were always trying to pressure me into situations I wasn’t feeling comfortable with especially since my first experience financing a vehicle. But at Northside auto there was no pressure at all. The salesman got me into something I wanted and lower than any of the big dealerships offered and made me feel more comfortable with my decision. Recommend 10/10

We bought our jeep at the end of June. The dealership was attentive and friendly while the transaction was occurring. After the fact, it was harder to engage. Mike promised us Sirius radio but after the purchase, he couldn’t be bothered. Mike also said things to me that my husband said that weren’t true. It wasn’t a big deal but why lie about something that doesn’t matter? It took 5-6 phone calls & my dropping by twice to actually get our registration 2 days prior to the 30 day mark. In addition, the jeep was not inspected as they said. We just spent $430 for an issue that they said they resolved. My husband loves the jeep and that is what matters. Do your research and keep in mind that they want to sell you a car.Please note: An acquaintance also warned me about this dealership and their false promises. Do NOT take an ‘IOU’. Given what I experienced, I truly believe they will not honor it.

My experience at Northside Auto was amazing Mike and and the guys were so nice and helpful they made us feel very welcome, there was a issue that came up that almost didn't make the deal happen but they did what a lot of other dealerships probably wouldn't have even considered they made a call and straightened everything out and with that alone I recommend Northside Auto as your first choice in purchasing your automobile I know it will be for my family and friends THANKS NORTHSIDE AUTO!!!
