Im an electrician in central Arkansas, had a co worker that didn't know the scrap copper market well take 600 pounds of bare bright to scrap here they gave him 60 cents a pound all other scrap yards are 3$ plus right now. They took advantage of him and when I called back the same day and talked to them and made sure they knew what I was talking about they said 2.90 for the price (still a low ball). So we said why did you just give my guy .60 a pound earlier and they hung up. Obviously my co worker should have called around and checked prices but this still shows how dishonest and unprofessional this scrap yard is. There are many other scrap yards that are honest in central Arkansas unlike this one. If this is how they deal in scrap price I wouldn't recommend doing ANY KIND of business with these people.

Rude and unprofessional when I called to asked them to move it since they sat it directly in front of my garage and blocking my driveway. I’m in the process of moving and the new owner was trying to help me out with getting me the bin. But I was told I wasn’t the owner, except I was when they sat the dumpster in the way. Exact words “well you don’t own it now.” They closed at 2 that Friday and was gone all weekend. Been almost a week and still in the way.

Was very disappointed and and down right angry after what I received as payment for my scrap. The exact quality copper I've sold TRG many times I was paid about 20% of market value. I was ripped off big time. Never go back there again . !!!

Rude. Mouthy. And they have begun to dock our weight every trip. Every single trip. DO NOT RECOMMEND! I absolutely would take the extra time and miles to use another scrapyard if you have that option. Terrible.

The young lady in the office was very respectful and informative . The guys out in the shop and the yard were respectful and helpful. The lot was clean and my overall experience was painless. I will go back and I would recommend yall do the same.

I use to go to trg all the time for years but now this is my go to place prices are very competitive to the bigger companies they are super nice and very gentle with your truck and trailer no long lines to wait in just and all around way better place in my Opinion they for sure have earned my business

Very clean and professional atmosphere. They also have an Auto & Metal scrap yard that is in the same area.It is all family owned and ran as well!If you have a problem with a vehicle purchased they will work with you if you can get the vehicle back to them.
