“The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars, is that despite me dropping off my truck precisely when they wanted it, and rode my bicycle 2.5 miles back to the house they didn't get done with the front end alignment until several hours after the estimated time they stated. That's still not why they lost a star. I was a mechanic for years, I understand things don't go as planned in general. They did good work, but instead of calling me as they said they would when they were finished, my truck sat in the parking lot for 3 more hours before I called them to see what was up. I really needed to have my truck done by noon, like they said they could do. They were finished shortly after lunch but the truck sat on the lot, finished all afternoon when I needed to be hauling furniture. So aggravating. Probably would have only gave them 3 stars, but I really enjoyed the nap I took after a leisurely lunch. It was glorious!”
“Great customer service and great experience all around! I was in town for a funeral and while there I got a flat tire due to the construction on the 67/167 access roads and broke a lug and stud changing my tire. I explained that I had to leave on Wednesday to travel back home. They got me in and out so I could stay on my schedule. They were very friendly and understandable. Would definitely recommend them!
