“Tanisha was awesome! Called after I made reservation to make sure space was available for me to use. Walked us through the prosses and got us all taken care of. Highly recommend!”

“Nate was awesome in assisting me with my move-in! I had tried to complete the process online, but I messed up when entering my card expiration date and had to call for help. Nate got me squared away quickly. It was a very pleasant experience—everything went smoothly. He was so kind, patient, and professional. Excellent service!”
“I had called many different rental agencies and not one was able to help me with what I needed. I was flying out to Little Rock Arkansas to pick up a travel trailer and needed to haul it to castle rock Colorado. No one could help. Enterprise came through in the best way and was able to get me what I needed. Picked my wife and I up from the airport and sent us in our way with a great truck that made our trip smooth as silk. I will 100% use this company again with their A+ service and staff. Thank you so much for helping me accomplish my goal!

“Amazing ! So kind and understanding , will always refer this location because of the owner!!! My son is a good judge of character and from the first time going in he got a seat and went over and sat down and put his feet up to relax . He even helped assist in the owner backing up ☺️ he is 5 and is always so helpful. This location is amazing I have never rented a uhaul before and this was an amazing experience .”
“Nothing. They save my move. I had reserved in Jacksonville AR for '10 truck. I was called around 5pm day before move and told they did not have a truck for me and none were available in area. I replied I already paid movers online uhaul and knowing I had to be out of apartment. Jacksonville said they will check and call me back. No call back. Me and cousin went to Sherwood location. Had to get '26 truck and pay more money but had a truck to move now. Called Jacksonville AR uhaul to cancel reservation for 10' truck they didn’t have for my reservation and inform them I found a truck at Sherwood uhaul location they only available for oneway trip was '26 truck. Jacksonville AR uhaul location didn’t offer me compensation or a discount for not having what I needed for reservation. It was awful uhaul experience that got better with Sherwood and Jonesboro uhaul locations. Not having the uhaul you reserve added stress to the move and unexpected money to be paid at last minute. Then the dolly I had with '10 truck reservation I didn’t think to get with '26. It delayed the time for movers and cause more physical work to move without ease of dolly to carry heavy items. But movers managed without it. Tough day that turned out better.”
“Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. Karen and James took care of our request at a moments notice with professionalism. Easy in and out for your car, truck, and trailer. Clean storage facility and locks on site. I highly recommend this family run, locally owned storage facility.”

“The gentleman that helped us at this location is always very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this location for renting a U-haul or storage. He even knows some of his customers by name from what I saw!”
