“I have a vehicle that was purchased 10/2019 that had 23 miles on it. I’ve taken it to this dealer for servicing several times and they’ve told me nothing was wrong with it several times, still charging me for services. I took it at 59k miles for a potential engine problems and nothing was done. Ive taken it routinely since for inspections, tire rotations, oil changes.. and no issues noted. The sound was still a problem, which turned into a jerk/up shift in which I feel that i told them or they should have caught and nothing was done. I had taken it to get a tune up while in Arizona, @SunDevil Auto on 9/2023 with 107000 miles on it. I drove it back home to Arkansas 9/22/2023. I told them the issues it was having with upshifting. When I had gotten back, my car was making noises still so I took it to gwatney Chevrolet who I typically would take it to. They told me that the camshaft was harmed by the lifter which would cost me upward 9000$. I explained to them that I had been here several times and I was informed that they usually don’t fixed something unless it’s completely failed. No one ever told me this issue would likely to happen soon or anything. I need them to cover this, because it was due to their automotive servicing neglect that this occurred.Edit: my initial reaction was to give 2 stars…after some thought and research I don’t even think it’s a gwatney issue in totality, rather than a GM issue.”

“I'm going to give you the absolute truth as I see it. These are not perfect cars. You will ABSOLUTELY have to put some work into them. DO NOT bank on what the salesmen tell you is wrong with the vehicle, because they likely have no idea considering the car probably came from the auction straight to the lot. The staff is very unprofessional and off-putting, so just remember why you're there and don't get too frustrated. NOW with all that said, my husband and I purchased a 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid from them about 3 years ago for $3999 to use as a "work car". We put about $500 tops of repairs into it, and it has been an AWESOME vehicle for us. We returned a year and a half ago and my daughter purchased a GMC Terrain, again it needed about $500 in repairs and has been a great car for her. I hope this review helps you to make an informed decision.”
