“Rob got me exactly what I needed. Had a very good conversation with him for 2 days in a row. Very friendly man and we had some very good laughs. Made me feel at home”
“I drove by car mart the other day, no cars in the lot. It was as if a family member had died. I remember when I found carmart 27 years ago. Great income but none of it was mine after a divorce. Life was full of surprises, but in this region- if you don’t have a car you cannot function.
I liked used cars with a warranty as when you bought out of the paper… no one sells a car that functions wonderfully and never have trouble, all cars are a time bomb ultimately. Years later, I financially recovered and went to buy a new car, the world had changed and a new truck was more than my house. Six figures on the lot. In my mind, if I accepted a six figures on the loan at the interest rates dealers charge? That would make me a credit risk to engage in it. So twenty six years later, I think 8 car mart vehicles, three at the moment…here’s my over all summary of a lifetime of vehicles.
I do my own work. Everyone should. Taking a car to the shop is like taking yourself to the ER. It can rapidly be 10,000$ for 200$ of actual service. Nissan dealer last week wanted 200$ to add brake fluid.. (2$)I’ve bought brand new cars. -Dealer- Explorer and a -Dealer -Subaru both had catastrophic failure in weeks and were returned. I have had new cars that ran without problems and I sold them, and I still see them driving sometimes. I have bought car mart cars that ran until sold, and still are driving, and I have had some that failed after purchase and I used the warranty. The same problems new cars have? So do used ones. It happens. So I read the reviews ( my car blew up) well… yes.. it may have. Brand new ones do as well.
Overall, I’m not going to pay six figures for a car, ever. I have used carmart and watched the interest rates creep up, the deposits creep up, and the warranty becoming more cumbersome, and less of a value. I still went to car mart as it was still a better risk than Facebook marketplace, and so on. Car mart was like an uncle who would always help you out when you’re down. After a divorce, a diagnosis, a job loss….you need a car. Uncle car mart will help.
I knew that economic pressures led to about 1/3 closures in this Arkansas company that spread to 12 states., and now several lots are not selling vehicles.
This is a shame for the group of the community they service. Others- in the business charge more ect. So. This sad economic world leading to reduction and closures of relatively small businesses ( I don’t see a USG Bailout for carmart… but airlines of GM …you already know)
I would thank Carmart for: The Toyota T100 I got on Broadway in NLR after a divorce and I had no vehicle at all. The Toyota Celica from Little Rock That I lost in a flood later, The Lincoln from Sherwood I used to travel in for work until I quite literally drive the front wheels off, the GMC Yukon (also Sherwood)I drove for years and sold with high miles and it still is being driven. The TWO Cadillac S from Searcy that was ONE was later sold, one destroyed in a bad weather event, the Cabot Jeep Compass to get my daughter to college, the 2009 jeep X to get my son to college, and the 2008 jeep rubicon because I wanted it.
So thank You carmart for keeping me driving as well as a dealer or any one else could, after all the financial difficulties, deaths, diagnosis, laid off, divorces and all the multiple things over three decades that happened, and I could sometimes come in with basket balls for a children’s charity or a box fan for people without air conditioning as a down payment.
This business reduction/downsizing is a loss for the community.”
“My husband and I have been purchasing for our boys for years. Now I have to help our youngest since my husband passed away. But I will always go back to Mr Chuck Brockington for cars for my son. My son had an older car in mind and Mr Brockington came through with a 2005 Lincoln Town Car. Very reasonably priced and just what my son wanted. If you are looking for a good car priced right and be treated fairly, go to Brockington Auto Sales in Cabot. Thank you again Mr Brockington! We both love the car!!!!”
“I got a 370z from here and i absolutely love it. Mr John was an amazing person and got me in my dream car I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a car in town!!”
“I wanna Thank Logan specifically for helping out my bestest friend who’s car broke down! He took time out of his busy day to stop and get her Subaru done! Thanks again for all your help!”
“I traded a car and 1200 dollars several years ago here. For a ranger truck. Before I got it home. It started shaking bad. He wouldn't fix it or refund me..we took him to court. I won the first time. But a date was set in lonoke co. For a new court. He won then. That car was my only car. And saved money for a better car. He screwed me good. I hope he has gotten the worse to him. He deserves it. I wish I had my money back. Iwill never buy a nother car there at that awful place”

“My wife and I stopped by to look at the selection of vehicles this afternoon shortly before closing. A super nice gentleman greeted us and made us feel welcome. We first eyed a convertible. Immediately the gentleman (owner?) who welcomed us immediatelty advised us this particular vehicle had an issue with the automated top and DO NOT buy it if you can't work on it or want to spend extra money having the top repaired which could be quite expensive. Such honesty is rare! We didn't purchase today. But our spirits were lifted and we will highly recommend AIRBASE AUTO SALES in Cabot to everyone. And may God keep His hand on everyone working there!”
“Everything about this place is amazing! The staff is beyond helpful and will work with you the best they can! They made my car buying experience the best I've had yet! All their vehicles are fairly new and are in excellent condition! I recommend them for sure!”
“If you are needing a nice selection of pick-up trucks to choose from, or an affordable SUV without a 17% interest rate this a good option. They don't offer financing, but that worked out well for us in the long run as my bank was able to offer a great interest rate on a truck under $20k. Sales guy was very upfront and honest about the condition of the truck, seemed to know what he was doing. I would shop here again.”
“I recently purchased a new BMW thru Little Rock BMW’s internet sales. Natalie, the internet representative, is very professional, thorough and made the purchase absolutely painless. The delivery experience was also flawless. Of note, there were no high pressure attempts made to upsell any additional packages, etc.. They were very professionally presented with no pressure in any way.
This dealership left a very good impression . I’ll be back.”
