I'm hoping to learn more about what to do to be a good reputable Business owner. As long as I have the ability to perform the duties of the work that has to be done by myself and the other things that they are wanting for me to do it could be a good thing for me and my family and the business that's not going as well as I was hoping for. Things do change though so I have a lot to learn from the owners themselves. I have tried the other business that's on the same property and it is a little BBQ restaurant and it's absolutely good. Some of the best I have ever eaten. Great job on smoking the meat and I have got to taste the brisket.”
