I waited inside for 15 minutes for my order. They were all laughing, happy and playful, but the disaster was just beginning. I dropped the food off at home with the kids and went to work. I came home and they asked me why did I take their burgers apart and I explained I didn't. They thought I was playing a joke on them. So I paid for 2 Jr bacon cheeseburger biggie bags and they only had buns a piece of lettuce on one and a piece of cheese and a piece of bacon on one. Poor, inexcusable situation, the fact that your employees don't care about your business is sad.

Yall can do better than this. I can taste your sanitizer water in your “six hours chillin in the warmer” beef patties. Your potatoes are so limp they need medication. I understand fast food is a thankless job but this is ridiculous. I payed $20 to throw away $20 basically. Fully wash your dishes, and make sure you are throwing out old meat! Your paddies should not be so dry and black that they fall out of the bun even with sauce and try to choke you to death. Come on. This is dumb. Bet I could walk back there and find stickers on dishes still. Probably old produce in the walk in too that’s been restickered.

Recommend another Wendy’s in Jacksonville. Relocate to the Hardee’s building on 1st. Change is good. The atmosphere was a lot of tension due to the ppl who was also waiting on their orders. Recommend more staff or management to step up and inform the team to step it up. The counter person shouldn’t being Online Orders and counter orders. Cause when you walk in expecting to get prompt service, that’s not gonna happen. You will wait till they are done with their mobile orders and that’s not right/fair for those who walked in to make an order. So if there are 5 mobile orders, they will get done and you will wait till they are done to place your order. Management needs to designate 1 person for online orders and 1 person for the counter. TEAM WORK…

If I could give this place 0 stars you can bet I would. We placed an in-app order .It was evening and we were too tired and just wanted some good food? The chili was completely see-through and looked like they just added water to make 2 large chilis but that's not what we received we got 10-12 small bowls of water with beans and onions floating. When my husband went back with all of the food the night manager refused to refund and kept all the food. My husband got home with no food and told me what happened I called and asked to speak to a supervisor to which I was called names and cursed at like it was an inconvenience for the lady. So if you order in- app and your food literally is horrible you will need to jump through hoops to receive a refund and there is no way to get your money back in the app so you will have to call the corporate office because the store just likes to curse at customers and lie even when they know they are in the wrong .
