Im tring to set up a new account and getting no where with the people in the office. They can't tell you exactly what you need to set service up but you must have it to get water on. I'll be at the next water board meeting no doubt!

I phoned the "emergency number" and NO ONE ANSWERED. See reviews from other people, so it is not just me.

Horrible customer service and accounting practices. The ONLY reason they're in business is people have no choice out here in the sticks.
