This was strictly my drop-off location for a moving truck. That being said, I told the employee that when I got it that it was dirty on the inside and outside as well as it was not fueled up to the full mark and provided pictures as evidence. He apologized and said he was going to get in touch with me to talk with his manager about issuing me an 80 dollar refund for this problem. I have contacted them twice and are ignoring me. That's ok. I'll never patron this business in the future and will not use budget truck if have to go through this business. The only positive thing is that the employee was nice and respectful (in-person).

They're about the only Budget truck rental place around here, and returning the truck was simple and quick. I called ahead to let him know when I was returning the truck and he had the paperwork ready for me when I arrived. I would definitely recommend them.
