6 Willow Creek Lane, Jonesboro AR 72404
“I lived here for two years and really enjoyed my experience! The community is clean, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and Anna and April in the front office are amazing. April went above and beyond to help when I was moving from a different state which I will always appreciate. The only downside is that the walls are a little thin, which could be an issue if you have noisy neighbors, but I personally never had that problem. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment complex!”

“TLDR: Great staff, awesome homes, community events! I’ve lived here for over a year, and mostly didn’t leave a review yet out of personal policy. I am so grateful for the staff here first and foremost. I couldn’t ask for a kinder, more hardworking crew of folks to reach out to for anything on DLP campus. They constantly show they care by going above and beyond in their response times for maintenance requests, and by hosting community events tailored to various age groups. The swimming pool is maintained well (if you swim with your eyes open for extended amounts of time if but some goggles, as it’s salt water). The maintenance men are always in and out super quick, and are super kind, and the ladies in the office are some of the most genuinely kind and sweet individuals I’ve ever met. If you dare, consider living at DLP Jonesboro. I plan on being here until we buy a house, because I wouldn’t rather be anywhere else.”

The maintenance team and leasing office staff were consistently friendly, respectful, and professional. Any interactions with management were handled efficiently with clear communication. Overall, it was a comfortable place to live, and I would recommend it to others looking for a peaceful, well-managed community.”

“My husband and I lived at the Williamsburg apartments for a little over a year and a half. We were initially drawn in by the affordable rent and it's proximity to the university, which were huge benefits to us. During our time there we found the apartments to be very safe and comfortable. What took our experience above and beyond were the improvements made by the new property manager, McKenzie. She has gone above and beyond to improve outdoor and indoor spaces, as well as handle any maintenance requests promptly and with professionalism. We would recommend!”

“I came to Jonesboro to work and live in these apartments now. Only been here a couple of weeks but I like it. These arent luxury apartments but things are clean, everyone I've met is nice, there is a washer/dryer in the apartment and the rent is only 500 bucks. There is plenty of parking, lots of dumpsters, a pool, its convenient to many things in Jonesboro and the office staff is helpful and friendly. I'm glad I came here. When I think of the other places I was considering, I cant imagine that I would have liked any place better.”
