They make it easy too — you can have your appliance delivered, or if you prefer, you can load it up and take it home yourself. That flexibility makes a big difference.
I work for Burch Homes, and we are very satisfied with Metro, especially Bubba and his entire staff. They consistently go above and beyond, and it shows in the quality of service they provide.

“I kind of secretly like coming here for projects because I always end up buying more than I intended but in a good way - the home and yard improvements are fun! The employees I've encountered have been stellar-from plant advice, to helping lift and find items without being asked. The man bringing back the carts has went out of his way to check the safety of the carts when we've came up before, super friendly and caring. And a lot of the prices are better than Lowe's. Also the website count on items in stock is usually spot on.”
“Honestly there's no problem with rent one but when you miss a payment they will constantly bug you like a groupie over a couple of bucks and threaten to take the item you're renting from them for 30 days after almost being done paying for it. Pretty petty if you ask me but other than wining like a baby who lost their pacifier the staff is good and they have excellent items. Great store.??”
