Jake at AT&T was super helpful, jumped down a rabbit hole with us trying to find the exact number we wanted. He spent an exponential amount of time putting effort into what we wanted as customers. Highly recommend him if you want clear answers to your questions, has a great memory (almost scary lol) but I think he wants his customers to leave highly satisfied.
