Worked with iLan, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. I walked in and she sat there on the phone and wouldn't look up at me. After that she began telling me a long personal story and would interject any time I tried to speak. I recommend management take a second look at who they are hiring as the face of their store.

We moved my wife's line over to my account and the rep added insurance without asking me. I'm sure it was buried in the electronic documents I signed but that is clearly a very deceptive, shady practice.

Jason at the Highland Store in Jonesboro was great. I had been on phone with ATT for over an hour and the lady was trying, but couldn't fix problem. Jason resolved in 5 minutes. Very nice and helpful

As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted, and the agent was able to answer every question I had as well as set me up with exactly everything I needed. The agent was beyond exceptional with his service, and I really appreciate everything.
