I called to see if I could make an appointment for my car, as it hasnβt been starting very well the past couple days.
The wonderful lady that answered the phone was so polite. She asked me a couple questions and let me ask some questions of my own. She didnβt have an answer to a couple of them, so she took my name and number and was going to talk to the mechanic and call me back.
It wasnβt 20 mins later that she called. He suggested I go have the battery checked before I wasted any money having the car checked out. It sounded like a bad battery to him. She told me where I could get it checked for free, and if it wasnβt the battery to call her back and they would get me in for an appointment. It was nothing more than a bad battery, and I only had to pay for the cost of the battery to have it replaced. I cannot thank Joeβs enough for the free and solid advice. They saved me time, money and the hassle of trying to have my car looked at, with nothing more than a phone call. Thank you for your generosity!!

βThis guy is awesome ?. One of the best tire shops I've been to in years. Him and his crew are rolling! It doesn't matter if you've got an appointment or not they're going to fix your tire or sell you a new set. Old school! They're never too busy for a customer!!! Not like most of what you'll find these days, make an appointment a week in advance then it takes 4 hours to put on a set of tires. These guys are great ?β
βA window in our house was broken by a neighbor mowing. I brought the window and screen in to S & S and they were both fixed the same day, the price was very reasonable and the people there were very nice!β
βI found them through my employer and I had an issue with the alternator they addressed correctly with a lifetime warranty and when it started giving me signals again they tried to diagnose it but it was too intermittent to diagnose. Well finally discovered that the problem was the alternator was over charging the battery. They warrantied it and another issue that had previously been diagnosed there was corrected, they are great and the only mechanics I trust. Definitely go to them.β

βThis is the second time Iβve had them do work. The first time I was working in Arkansas and they done a Randyβs Babymaker 1000 valve body thermal bypass valve and deeper pan. This time I drove from West Virginia where Iβm working now back to Arkansas to have them do more work to my truck they done a Fass fuel system and some other stuff. No Matter Where I am I will drive to them to have my Work done. 2015 Ram 2500 Laramie Longhorn.β
