“I recently took my 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500HD to Wewerized Diesel after having issues with the emissions system. They got me in much faster than I expected, quickly diagnosed the problem, and found that it was a bad injector plug. The repair was completed at a very fair price, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. “This place has always been professional and good to be strait with me on what my vehicles need. I went by Pennzoil first today because they were much closer to where I was. They didn’t say a word to me for around ten minutes after pulling up, then immediately said they couldn’t change my oil because the drain cap was stripped. Jiffy Lube was far more professional from the time I pulled up, with friendly and clear communication. They had it done within 20 minutes complete with a new drain cap and filters as needed. Will make the further drive across town for the far superior service here in the future.”

“Excellent price and quick service. Very happy with the tires I purchased at the Caraway Rd. location. Unfortunately I was told my spare was put back in its place, but wasn’t. I’m 73 and with a slight handicap, so that would have been a nice touch. But I guess “above and beyond” is a little much to ask.”
“The AC compressor started failing on my 2004 Buick LeSabre that I have been meticulously maintaining for the last 6 years. As I am moving to Jonesboro, I did not know any shops and I am the type of person who wants to have one place that will know the car. I chose Bosche's based on the recommendation of the official Buick dealer in town and from my first talk with Justin to their communication, the quality of the work they did, and the price, I am completely satisfied and I can say that I found my shop in Jonesboro. The communication and explanations about the extra work that needs to be done were all very clear. They know GM vehicles well. I already discussed with Justin the next steps in the long-term maintenance and preservation of my car. I recommend this shop without reservation.

“If I could give more stars I would!! We were from out of town (a little over 3 hours away each way) and our salesman, Trevor made the process so easy!!! We have also never seen a doc fee as low as theirs. He helped me in a stressful situation due to a wreck from someone hitting me.. dealing with insurance is stressful enough & so is getting a new car. They said the could get to it on Thrusday. We dropped it off on Tuesday. They call me at 3 pm on Thursday that they were finished.
