Depends who you have to deal with is the difference in Stars I give some days I deal with certain people there are three star some days the managers are there in their little bit understandable or know what they're doing anyway

Parker and Sylvester went above and beyond trying to help my friend and I change her battery, and troubleshoot the issue at hand. Parker even got the other staff to help us out when we were having an issue with one of the clamps.Definitely deserve a raise, selfless and helpful employees!
