Well I went into this Jonesboro location tonight and needless to say I will not be back in this location again, I will definitely make an extra drive and go elsewhere... When I walked in, I spoke to a worker there that I had been talking to and asked about because she is going thru a lot at the moment but she didn't even acknowledge me. I walked around to see if I wanted to exchange my items I had to return but I didn't see anything and so when I went on the other side, a worker stopped me and wanted my bag to put up at the counter, like I was going to steal something then when she put it up there, I seen the girl up at the register look at it then when I went up to the register for her to make my return transaction, she was checking my items as if I was returning dirty clothes or trying to return stolen items!!!! Then when I went to leave, I didn't get a thank-you or anything and I was being nice the whole time but NEVER AGAIN and like I said earlier, I will not be coming back to this location, I will definitelymake the drive to other Cato locations!!!! It's a shame that some of us good people get treated the way we are all because that one person has to mess it up for all of us...

I love Cato I have shopped at many of them across the country over the years. I can’t usually leave without spending at least a couple hundred each visit. I have been to 4 different stores in the past month. Unfortunately the Jonesboro location was a complete let down today. Their customer service was completely lacking. There were four of us and we were ignored and made to feel like we were a bother. Prices were not accurately marked. Also no bathroom for nine month pregnant women to use. Paragould location is much nicer if you have an option go there.

I wish there were more clothing items like the old Cato. The Cato plus style nowadays is not my preference. I used to love the Cato clothing items, but now the clothes are for a different group of women. I still adore the jewelry, but I wish they would bring back the watches and fragrances. It's a wonderful store with pleasant employees. My comments are more for corporate and the personnel who pick the items to sale

Very nice place, friendly workers, always greeted when I go there, and I find a good deal nearly every time. Normally I just browse then check out but today I needed opinions on shape wear and the employee was very friendly, helped me pick what I needed. Always my first choice for new clothes in Jonesboro.

I like Cato's, it's a very good environment.Their clothes are always nice and really clean.Their stores clean and very beautiful.They structured it really good, All the employees are very friendly.Willing to help and always welcome you when you come in.Just a wonderful place to shop

Only shop the clearance racks but they are the affordable priced clothes and good quality. Service was fine.

The lady that checked me out had horrible customer service. She didn’t speak to me until she told me my total. I was going to ask for a dressing room and she never spoke to me just looked at another employee and asked her to open the dressing room for me. Terrible customer service & overall experience.

This place don't have good selections for holy women. Try other places like torrid.com or Lane Bryant. Also, they used to have good selections on big women clothes, but ugh! They don't now

Very pretty clothes. The clearance racks are pretty good as well. I don't get there as often as I would like. Oh and the jewelry is beautiful!
