Never go to this dealer, they are scamming people by selling guarantees without telling the customers!!! And horrible customer service:/

This is the worst Kia Dealership in the state. I would not recommend ever purchasing or having them service your vehicle. They handled some recall work on my Kia Soul and I had no issue until I had a error P1326 and my Kia went into limp Mode. They told me to bring the car in that day and drop it off they would run the diagnostic. I drove a hour with the kia on a trailer to drop it off and when I arrived they told me they would not run the diagnostic because they had never seen the vehicle before. I showed him the paperwork from the recall and he told me to leave. They would not run the diagnostic. So I wasted time and gas to drive a hour there when they said they would to returning home with nothing. I took my vehicle to another dealership that was much friendlier and professional place. I have filed a complaint against this dealership and the manager that thought it would be fun to waste my time and money because he was bored. I have the proof you did the recall work so there was no reason for the behavior.

I had a great experience purchasing my Kia from this dealership. Chris McGuire was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. He answered all of my questions and helped me get a great deal on my K5! Very easy to work with! If you need a Kia, go see Chris at Cavenaugh Kia in Jonesboro!

I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Chris McGuire and Garrett Thompson at Cavenaugh Kia in Jonesboro! Chris was very personable and went out if his way to make the entire experience pleasant for us. Garrett was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Both of them were so easy to work with. Honestly, the best dealership I’ve ever brought a vehicle from.. They are all very professional and extremely helpful. Highly recommend!

Gave me an honest appraisal of the car I had to trade and fair price on a new KIA suv. I wish buying a new car was always this easy.

Service manager is horrible. Would not recommend to anyone! I went to the Chevy dealership and bought a new vehicle with no problems or attitude. Just want to say thank you KIA for being so rude and showing me your true colors.

They are really great here. My husband and I were excited to have our car purchase go so smoothly. At Cavenaugh Kia, they work as a team to get the job done.

Markese was awesome to work with. He made the process so simple and way less daunting. He came in on his day off and walked us through the whole process from start to finish. LOVE my new Telluride!!

This may be my first negative review but they wasted so much of my time that I felt it could be helpful to others to share my experience. I have a 2016 Kia Sorrento. The check engine light came on and was followed by a message on the screen to schedule service to follow up. No other sign that there was anything wrong with the car. I called and they told me to come by anytime and they could “check the code”. I took it in, they said they cleared a history code and it might occur again. The check engine light came back the following day. I took it back and they did the same thing again. At this time we scheduled time with a service technician for a couple weeks later. The report we received after that visit showed some warranty work was done, we weren’t charged for the visit since it was warranty work. We assumed the problem was fixed. Check engine light comes back the next day. Same message. We decide to take the car to our local mechanic that we use for minor car repairs. He checked the code which indicated it was a bad oxygen sensor. Sensor was ordered and was replaced the next day. Check engine light is off. I thought going to the dealership was the right thing to do. I don’t think they were dishonest because I was never charged but I wasted a tremendous amount of time for an issue that could apparently could be easily diagnosed and repaired. Also, a service technician is only there one day per week. Please be aware if service after a sale is important to you when buying a car.

If it’s not on the lot I would not recommend ordering it from them. We Ordered a vehicle and was told it would be here in 6 months. 5 months later we called to check progress and was informed the order was canceled.
