I had my truck in there for two recalls and they did not do the recalls instead they stole a bunch of stuff out of my truck and still charge me for it being up there even though they didn't do nothin to it other than steal stuff out of it

Dalton and others were very nice, professional and helpful. I didn’t feel like Dalton was pushy at all. He listened to me and helped find a few possible solutions. I will go here again.

My wife takes our Hyundai there for every service. Last week she made an appointment for this Friday (12-1). She called to confirm and found they had not made the appointment, so they said they would get her in today (11-30). She showed up for the rescheduled appointment and they still don't have her booked! They say they will work her in. When they get to her car, they find that we have an oil pan leak, and she is 3 1/2 quarts low! They tell her they can't do anything because they are leaving and it takes 3 hours to fix! She had to practically beg them to top it off with oil! This is unbelievable! It was 11:30 on a Thursday and they couldn't help!

We purchased our vehicle here. Highly recommended! Also highly recommended getting a service contract, as it covers stuff up to 100,000 miles. At 60,000 miles, the vehicle encountered an issue. The service contract covered a tow from our house an hour away and a loaner vehicle for my husband to drive. Super friendly staff and great service!

I've had such a terrible experience with Hyundai in the state I just moved from that I was so glad to be able to use a different dealership for all of my needs. The experience with Cavenaugh has been just as terrible if not worse. Even though I'm a Hyundai customer I was told that I didn't purchase my vehicle from them that I was pushed to the end of their list until their customers were taken care of. They had my vehicle for almost 2 months, the customer service was absolutely terrible but they wanted to act appalled that I was upset about the situation. I called about my car being ready because not one time did they contact me the entire time and the girl told me they didn't have my car, I knew for a fact they did and told her but instead she continued to argue with me saying they didn't and she would text her manager and see what's going on. They had the car of course the entire time. Another manager made the comment that I was upset over a $30,000 car when he owned a $120,000 Denali! Does that mean my vehicle didn't matter? I'm stuck using them for all of my future needs because of my warranties on my Limited Model $50,000 vehicle I have has to be honored by a Hyundai dealership only and there doesn't seem to be another one closer than 2 hours away. I actually cried going home because of how terrible I was made to feel when they were in the wrong not me

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!! My car stolen at Cavenaugh Hyundai earlier this month while it was there for a recall inspection and they refused to compensate me for the vehicle. According to Hyundai's site, the inspection should take 1 hour. When I arrived with the vehicle, they said that they only had one mechanic and that it would be the next week before they could look at it. Finally, after 12 days (a very unreasonable amount of time), they call and said that they were finally able to work on it and it was ready to be picked up. I went to pick it up and it was nowhere to be found. They didn't have a single security camera on the property, so no video footage of the crime. Wow!!!!! I only had liability insurance on the vehicle. After a week, I finally convinced them to file a claim through their insurance. The service manager said that they would file it because "Mr. Cavenaugh wanted to make it right with you". A week later, their insurance guy calls me and said that they would not pay because it was not the dealership's property and that it wasn't an employee who stole it. I then talk to Mr. Cavenaugh on the phone and he refused to compensate me in any way for my vehicle. No apology. Nothing. The car was only worth about $6,000. It wasn't like I was asking for a new car, just what my car was worth. Poor leadership trickles downhill so I would imagine all of their locations are this shady!
