I'm not a customer at this bank. But all black people should take their money out of this bank. The white people that work there are true racist and view blacks as criminals. I will never open an account there. And I'm advising all of my people to close out and do business else where. Because when it comes to Us and then we will forever be looked upon as Nothing and that's so sad ?. Thank you Washington branch for showing me your true colors.

Great bank. Not impressed with customer service. The reason I'm unhappy is that I report that someone scammed me on face book for $200 for a fridge. Because of this the centennial representatives block me from using zelle anymore. Am I in grade school? I was not the scammer. Why am I punished? I had to get another bank account elsewhere so I could use zelle again. Thanks for your response to my review. But please do tell me how you plan on fixing this?
