My mother-in-law and I are disabled and were trying to vacate her storage asap. Rain prohibited us from doing it a few days before our due date and cold weather forced her to stay indoors. She tried to see if they would allow us till the first to finish the clean out as we had some help available then but they told her it would be another $75 if it was not empty before the 1st. I could understand if they were full up and had clients waiting but there were several units open. No consideration. We were able to vacate on time due to some last minute help from family but I am now sick from being out in the weather. A little compassion goes a long way.

Wasn't very friendly and the experience was not what should be. Don't expect fireworks but don't want to be watched like angry I got a unit. Thankfully the unit and price was ok and met my needs

This storage place is okay. My belongings had just a bit of dust after several years, my sisters unit on the other hand had mold and a baby lizard. It was frustrating at times to be lectured over the use of a trash can especially when your paying on your unit faithfully and NOT even disposing large quanties of trash.

Storage unit are kept clean and well secure. I don't have to worry about my belongings being there as I know they will be safe. The people working there are so kind and caring. Nice place to do business with!!

They auctioned my storage for $5 even though they were cashing checks that I sent them automatically every month. I had been with them for years. They said that I was behind but I was not properly contacted about the issue. They said they needed to give the unit to someone else.
