First of all, just scroll through the other low reviews and look at the replies from this business. you’ll see how they actually feel about their paying customers. second of all, they can’t take criticism about their low quality products and don’t know how to problem solve and learn from their honest low reviews. i understand this is a small business but that doesn’t make up for the fact that they have either don’t respond to return inquiries or simply have zero respect for those who give their honest reviews. do better \u003c3 Edit: Hey girly! this review was left on behalf of my friend who ordered from your shop. Crazy how anyone can just leave a review right? As a business owner you should be well aware that customers share their experiences with friends and family and can ultimately redefine how other customers view your business. Staff is usually pretty knowledgeable. The price is of corse outrageous but you gotta expect that around here. Especially with them 9/10 having what you need in a pinch for hunting

Be careful what you buy. I will say that the workers there are sweet. I have spent a lot of money there and have had no problem with what products they sell EXCEPT in November when I bought 2 $45+ sweatshirts that when washed had balls ALL over them that a lent roller would NOT get off. I wash all clothes in cold water and either hang or lay flat to dry….I’m very picky when it comes to laundry. It took me almost 2 1/2 hours to carefully take a razor blade and get most of the balls off. I called Delta Traditions and they wanted me to email them pics. That I did, along with a video. Never heard back from them. They were gonna contact the company they buy from. In other words they do not stand behind what sells in their store. Be careful what you buy there. Or ask them if they have a warranty. Lol, never had to do that for clothing….but there is always a first for everything.

I have never seen such good customer service with a boutique before. There was a small mix up with my order at first, I sent an email and got a response in less than 20 mins saying they would call me first thing the next morning ( it was super late when I emailed them). Leah was beyond helpful, sweet, and got my order fixed and resent out to me in less than 12 hours of the mix up. The quality of their products are tremendous as well. 10/10 recommend ordering from Delta T. ?

Took my jeep up there to make sure they could replace ball joints and do a front-end alignment. They had it all day to inspect it. Told us they could do the job and what needed to be replace. We went ahead and paid for all parts that needed to be ordered. When the parts came in they called so we could schedule an appointment for this 6 hour job, knowing that I would have to take off work to have this done and would need it back the same day. Dropped off my jeep after work on a Tuesday so they would have it first thing Wednesday morning. Husband got a call around lunch saying they couldn't do the ball joints because they didn't have the correct tool (even though they looked at it 3 weeks prior and was supposed to have everything they needed to do the job.) Husband asked if they could go rent the tool and we would pay for it. Was told they still have to wait on a part because wrong one was ordered and it would be the next day but he would ask about renting tool. Husband called a few hours later and was now told they cannot do the alignment and they usually send the hard ones out. What? Ok so have you done that yet? No sir usually the sales person calls and gets that done but he isn't here today. So the jeep has been up there all day and you haven't touched it at all? Well we can't do the job it has to be sent out. And you still haven't scheduled it? No sir that's the sales person job but we will call around and see what we can do. Calls back few minutes later to say they cannot get it in until Monday. What? They looked at it 3 weeks ago and said they could work on it and now they can't. What a waste of time. Now all I have is parts for my jeep because they don't know what they are doing.

Nice store. They have a pretty vast inventory and people seemed decent to deal with. I will be coming back for sure.
