Terrible experience at your location today. They were short handed and the line was very long. Which is okay and common with dollar generals as there is only 2 employees at the location per shift. I felt bad for the guy because he obviously had no help but that wasn’t the issue, he was txting on his phone constantly while checking and did not speak a work to any of the customers as they checked out. Just looked at his phone and txted. When I got up there I asked if he was short handed and he ignored me and just kept txting. I said hello sir can you please check me out and he ignored me again and kept txting, I said “sir, please get off your phone I need to go and there’s a whole line of people” he ignored me but did start scanning my items. Immediately after scanning my items he went back to txting. There was four people on line behind me left. I will not be going back

Very rude tall man behind the counter today. I asked if they had any infant clothes because my child had an accident he said umm no this is a dollar general well I've never been to a dollar general without clothes! Very rude won't be back!

Horrible service. Nasty store. Shelves not stocked. Incompetent manager and other workers. Dangerous isles. Trash in store and parking lot. This store is a liability. Did not know how to give me credits. Rude rude rude. Can I give 0 stars? I have been to every Dollar General in Arkansas and this is the worst. Negatine and nasty. Please close.

This is the dollar general by my house so I may be a little biased. This is where I do most of my shopping. They are helpful and friendly here. But they do run out of product quickly. So it's a hit or miss. But they will always try and help you find what you need or something else close.
