“The second best location in JB (Parker Rd. is #1 to me). Some of the items they have can’t be found at the other stores. They were remodeling but the store was still clutter free and stocked. Cashiers don’t speak but none of them do anymore. Can get busy due to the location but the line moved faster than most.”
“Do not under estimate great customer service. I drive about 11 miles/ 15-20mins out to this Dollar General, i have one down my street but I do the drive because they have the best employees and the best manager at this one. Everytime I need help or have a question they try their best to help me. I’ve never had a bad experience here. “This dollar store is better after they rebuilt it from the fire that destroyed the old one. It looks newer, obviously, and is more organized than some of the other stores around town. Due to it's location, it can be difficult to exit and enter during peak hours as it is near downtown and a busy intersection. Overall, not bad though.”
“Busy! Doing holiday shopping with mask on. Great then may I add. Love all my stores around where i stay convenient, polite, and always making sure they help with whatever the event maybe they also making sure they have a part in it.”
“Convenient dollar store located on Highway 351. They have all the items you would expect to find at a DG. The store is usually clean and organized but I have been a few times and common items were out of stock or they were doing stocking. Can be difficult leaving during peak times because of location but overall not a bad store.”
“As with most Dollar Generals they had the groceries one would come to expect. The only issue regarding this location is the very lax enforcement of the mask mandation. There were many guests not wearing masks or using them as chin warmers.”
“Typical Dollar General location. It has not been remodeled like many of the other ones in the same area. During my visit, it was clean and organized while being well stocked with most items. It was not too crowded so navigating the aisles was easy and it was quick getting in and out of the store. There is plenty of parking and despite being on a busy stretch or road, exiting is not difficult.
The store did appear that it could use some cleaning and tidying but nothing too major. Overall, it has what you need and carries most of what other DG locations have.”
“Love this Dollar General! There's this guy named Ben that works there, and he was so professional and nice! I meant to leave this review awhile ago and just thought about it today. Ben seems to always be in a great mood and he's very helpful! The store is very organized and clean as well.”
“Staff is friendly, work hard, but just by overhearing, this particular store does not get trucks with stock that are in demand, like alot others and employees don't show up to work to even help unload and stock the shelves. I frequent this store very often. The manager is always kind, even though under the considerable stress, she must be under.”
“Admittedly, I have only been to this store, once before. For years, I've been going exclusively to Dollar General, but unfortunately, they are all getting more cluttered, disorganized and the ones I have gone to don''t even stock cat food and have limited stock in other essential items. When I asked an employee why they don't have cat food, she said that DG is building so many stores, the warehouses can't fully stock their stores, anymore. To me, that seems to be the very definition of corporate greed.Today, I went to the Family Dollar, on Gee Street in Jonesboro, and it's a hidden gem. The store was clean, the worker was extremely kind and helpful and the shelves were neatly and fully stocked. There weren't boxes in the aisles and bare shelves. It was refreshing to know that I now have a nice place to go that actually appears to appreciate my business. I would recommend anyone to start going here, despite the "convenience" of a Dollar General on every corner.”
“Nice and convenient store in an area that does not have many options. It is cleaner and more organized than a lot of other DG stores I have visited and they have implemented a self-checkout like some of the other locations as well. Not a bad store although it can be more pricey than other options but you're paying for convenience.”
“This crew is what makes this STOREThis store is way better than Bono and I WILL drive the extra distance for this store compared to Bono! Bono store you can't even walk in there because the delivery truck products will be blocking EVERYTHING on carts unlike this store it's ACTUALLY A STORE NOT A STORAGE UNIT! and I had the best customer service experience here as well”

“I usually avoid this particular store because I have had bad experiences in the past. I just stopped by here and was happily greeted by Tae. She was so uplifting and so sweet! She greated everybody that walked in the door and told everybody that was leaving to have a blessed night. She complimented my natural red hair and said she was so fascinated by us. Lol she rubbed my hand for good luck and told me to have a blessed night. That was the best experience I've had at ANY Dollar General I've been to. TAE IS THE WAY!!!!”
