I went in with the intention of selling a few watches. One of which I’d financed and my wife told me she’d paid it off in August. Little did I know she just told me that and took over payments as a gift to me. The minute this was discovered I immediately said forget that watch and just do the other two. At this point they cited red flags and wouldn’t even entertain the other two watches which both had proof of owenership. They acted as if I was a criminal trying to get over on them due to a simple misunderstanding that I owned immediately. I was also told they wouldn’t entertain any other items I may bring in despite presenting proof of ownership. Poor customer interaction and air of superiority. I’d take any business you have elsewhere. If a person can’t own a simple, true mistake and move forward without being treated second class, it’s not the type of place that respects any of its customers.

Amazing people especially salesman Zach. I purchased a firearm from them online and I made the process very difficult, but inspite of that, they solved any issues I had highly recommend.

Shady operation. After buying multiple firearms and a few different types of transactions with this business. I will never spend dollar one I. Their shop again.

I always get great service here. The staff is very friendly and seem to offer good deals! I've purchased several items here and sold some items. I always go here first when I'm looking for something.

Great place to do business. The store is always clean and the merchandise is displayed well and clearly marked. The staff is always ready to assist you with any questions you may have about the item. They have a layaway program to assist you in making your purchase easier on your wallet.

Yea they a joke rude and think they smarter then u and try to take avan of u do ur on reach for u go in there for sure I seen wat they asking for that junk in there and wat they offer me just laugh my way out the door

they will low ball you on your item.i went to get estimate on a item that i purchased from them. they offer me 3x less what i paid them.

Had a tablet i had pawned. Before i brought it to them to pawn everything worked fine. partly my fault i waited til the last day to pick it up. during this time they decided to erase everything and get it ready to sale. whatever process they use to rest the Samsung device corrupted the operating system. now to possibly even get it useful again i have to pay to fix there screw up. i have used them many times and this is the first time i had issues. other then they low ball you on selling so they can make a huge profit.

Just left this place trying to buy me my own weapon, my husband (U.S Army veteran served 13 years 2 tours whome has been in combat and a trained professional when it comes to weapons) knows me and what i am looking for, showed me his recommendations which i trust more than my own cuz im a rookie. Well after i paid and almost completed the transaction i was refused the sale! We were most definitely profiled, my husband and i have tattoos and he has a bald head with tattoos on his face, we are pretty used to the stares but it still feels like s**** Right when we walked in the whole store looked at us and watched us walk to the weapons. I was in disbelief this was happening thinking im being paranoid until the refusal happened. They stared so hard i was uncomfortable, thought maybe i had something on my face or something. They tried to say it was cuz i asked hubby to show me how to use it and make sure i was comfortable, like it looked suspicious. It makes me sick that i could not get my weapon today i havent felt safe for sometime due to an incident that happened a while back and just want to feel protected when im not with my soldier. Very bad business and very bad at profiling, obviously prejudice and rude as they said "have a nice day" as we were leaving, i wasnt rude at all and held back what i wanted to say because i did Not want to give them the satisfaction that they were right about us. seriously? Is that the salt in the wound?

Second time visiting this pawn shop, Not much of and variety of items especially the tool sections kind of disappointing & extremely overpriced, so trying to save a few dollars might as well just go to Lowe’s or Home Depot and just pay the full price get a new tool , I definitely won’t be visiting express pawn in the future
