GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! This pharmacy is the most unorganized and slow pharmacy with the slowest, most inept staff that I have ever experienced. Try calling them and plan on being on hold for AT LEAST an hour and still NEVER speak to anyone. All three Walgreens in Jonesboro are like this. Don't waste your time. Ever.

Go to this Pharmacy for all your Medication and vaccination needs. Dorean (probably not spelling it right), the pharmacy tech was very helpful, knowledgeable, and went out her way to answer questions and meet my needs. Thanks Dorean!!!!

This is the slowest pharmacy in town. They will let people sit in line waiting for scripts for 20 minutes while the line grows.

We're on a long motorcycle trip from California and needed to get our pain meds refilled. We weren't worried because we use Walgreens at home, imagine our surprise when 6 pharmacies wouldn't fill our written scripts. We were told they are allocated a certain amount of pills and those are for their customers, they wouldn't help us. Walgreens in Jonesboro was pleasant and had no problems filling our prescriptions.

The pharmacists here are unhelpful and lack compassion. When my antibiotic prescription rang up for double what it did last time I paid for it (almost $100) and I was clearly flustered and concerned about it they offered nothing other than a shrug. I asked if maybe last time a coupon had been used. They said no. I had no choice because I had to have the antibiotics but it was money I did not have to lose. When I calmed down enough to think clearly I googled goodrx myself to see if they were wrong about and there was in fact a coupon that could have been applied and would have brought the price down to what it was the first time I’d paid for it. They could have helped with one quick search in a system they as pharmacists are familiar with. They were not busy, I was not rude... they just didn’t care. In a health system that regularly exploits and bankrupts people, those in the system should be compassionate people who try to help where they can. This was unacceptable.

I have been on hold for over an hour. Twice in a row, when it said there was 1 caller ahead of me, I got disconnected. I can't find out anything about my prescription that I need tomorrow morning. This is what I hate about using large chains. This will be my last time using Walgreens.

Super nice techs and the pharmacist Brandy is just wonderful. With the pandemic my husband hasn't left the house and hadn't been to the pharmacy in months;?? Brandy, being the ??Saint?? that she is, called to make sure my husband was ok and just a general call just to check in.?? Going above and beyond??. There are still good people in the world!!!❤️?????????????️➕??????

As a health care facility, we are absolutely appalled by the poor customer service and professionalism at this Walgreens location. Multiple times our doctor has prescribed patients medication, just for a Pharmacist to dispense the wrong quantity and or medication. Furthermore, when patients insurances do not cover a specific medication, they do not inform the patient or provider, leaving the patient with no medication or alternative. More recently, one of our patients was given his/her siblings medication due to neglectfully filling a prescription wrong. We will not be recommending our patients use this pharmacy.
