Several years now I have been using Fedex Office in Jonesboro, Ar for all my print needs! The previous business I used was never dependable and to often produced non satisfactory products. Patrice and the staff at FedEx Office always comes through with excellent results in a timely fashion. Their work always meets or exceeds expectations with Friendly, Professional and at more than fair pricing. A+ rating đ FedEx office offers much more than print needs such as miscellaneous office supplies, and shipping. I strongly recommend everyone should use Fedex Office for your next print, shipping or miscellaneous office supplies for complete satisfaction. Tell them the Gman sent Ya!

FedEx misdelivered my package to the wrong address, and when it was eventually brought to my home, the box was empty. Unfortunately, customer service has refused to take responsibility for the issue. Based on this experience, I have serious concerns about the integrity of their delivery process. Itâs difficult not to suspect internal misconduct, especially given how casually the situation was handled.
Now I owe money on a stolen package that was never delivered!
I recommend using UPS whenever possible. If you must use FedEx, opt for signature confirmation to help protect your deliveries.

I went in to mail a package to my daughter Saturday. The lady working helped me do everything!! She was a big help and I will come back for more shipping needs!!

Huge thanks to Patrice and the FedEx team! My son really wanted double-sided invitations, and they came out perfectâtrue to size and great quality. He loved them! The first batch had a small issue, but once I mentioned my concern, they were on it right away. They fixed it super fast and called me within 30 minutes to let me know they were reprinted. Other places were quoting 10â15 days, but FedEx had them ready the same dayâand I was able to mail them out that day too. Amazing service and turnaround time!

Patrice was so patient, so helpful and so kind. It was so above and beyond any service I have ever received in recent memory. I hope this company realizes that she is an incredible person and a valuable member of their company

Just now getting to posting this review. If I could leave 0 stars I would, but sadly that isnât an option. I have never had a problem with this place until a couple days before Christmas. I came in to print a couple of copies and to fax some papers. When I got there there was a sweet lady helping me and she already knew what I needed to get done, she said to get back with her after I got done with the printer. She got busy with another customer, so another guy helped me with the rest, I had to re explain everything to him and he looked at me and talked to me like I was stupid (HORRIBLE attitude). Kept starting sessions and ending them, I guess because he didnât know what he was doing obviously, I ended up being there for probably an hour just to fax some papers. The lady said it would only be about $20 for all of it. By the time the tubby older man got done helping me, (I don't recall seeing a name badge if I knew his name I would put it) my card got charged $100 just to fax papers because he kept starting sessions and ending them. They said the money would go back on my card, and luckily it did, but you cannot just charge people $100 ESPECIALLY a couple days before Christmas (also when it is originally only about $20 for the service). What if that had over drawn my account? The older man had a HORRIBLE attitude, talked to me like I was stupid and looked at me like I was stupid. If iâm coming to your business and spending my money, I expect to be treated with respect. Watch out for the older tubby man with glasses, he obviously doesnât know how to do his job and is EXTREMELY rude. Like I said, iâve never had a problem with this place until recently and I donât think I will ever come back. He needs re trained or something, horrible customer service from him I wish I knew his name. Completely unacceptable. When I confronted him about my card being charged $100 he still continued the same attitude and proceeded to talk to me like I was stupid. Iâm spending MY MONEY, I expect RESPECT. At least own up to your own mistakes. He made the session more difficult than it needed to be, I recommend him getting re-trained. Told him my card got charged $100 instead of $20 and acted like it wasnât a big deal. BEFORE CHRISTMAS. Like I said what if that had over drawn my account? You shouldnât treat customers like that. Horrible, horrible service I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. As long as he is still there. 0/5 stars.

Never open. They closed early Wednesday due to weather. There was no bad weather. They closed all day Thursday due to bad weather. We had zero weather at all. Still closed on Friday due to bad weather. Still no weather. Avoid this place. Use UPS or the post office.

I will never use fedex again. It's taken them 5 days to get my package 500 miles and it is still delayed in Memphis, Tn.I was supposed to receive it Wednesday and now they are saying Saturday.From now on when i need something i will go through UPS

My visit was great! The team greeted me right away and let me know they were available if I needed any help. Destiny was so kind and attentive to me. She made my day just with her friendly smile. The other team members were great too! Their names are Heath and Amanda. I come to this location often and I have never had a bad experience. This team is great and so is the location. Thanks
