Checked other places propane is $2 something they charged me $3 something you call them you get diffrent people from diffrent states called talk to a lady about I could only get half tank she got rude we can't do that I said ok I guess she was having a bad day . Don't treat you're customers like that. If I could deal with people near me maybe it be all right never open . I had one nice and respectful guy that was the guy who hooked the tank to my house .

We’ve been dealing with Ferrell gas for 5/6 years now. For 3 years now we’ve been able to smell propane as far as 20 yards away from the tank. Everytime we’ve told the company they come out there and check it and say it’s fine, Well we are selling our house and had an inspection yesterday. During the inspection, it was found that the tank had 2 to 3 leaks in it. The company was notified, and told my wife to have someone at the house and a technician would come out. Well after my wife wasted her whole day(only to have no one show up) today she was told that a technician came out and tightened the tank. Never contacted her or came to the door or left a card. We filled the tank up about a week ago and it’s already gone from 50 to 30 percent. The company was made aware that there was 2 other leaks and still they told us it was fine. FERRELLGAS DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS OR THEIR SAFETY! They never communicate within their agency and never listen to their customers.

My household has been without propane with a delivery expectation of 1/17/24. Today I called as well as the main account holder with no explanation as to why we have not be serviced. It appeared that the employee had no information and could not give a delivery date, just that as soon as the delivery driver spoke to him we would know. As of 7 pm we still have no delivery information.

Walked in said good morning lady ignored me completely noticed she was talking on her head set but never said I will be with shortly or in a few just completely ignored need two 30 propane tanks filled got service somewhere else took less than 10 mintues

So you rent a tank from these guys then you get charged way to much for the propane

I've not been with long but they are always courteous @ very prompt on delivering the propane so so proud I switched companies

We have been waiting over a week for our propane delivery. Today the driver showed up, and due to his own lack of proper equipment, did not deliver and left a note on our door stating we were at fault because a vehicle was in the way. There was no phone call to us letting us know, and when we called the office they provid d no answers. Customer Service is obviously not a priority.

I honestly never have a problem with this company whether its the Jonesboro or Paragould location. Always a friendly person that answers the phone and puts me on the schedule to get filled up. Then just a few days later I get a visit and they get me filled up! Could ask for better service!
