It’s not terrible, but this place should not have the four stars it does. Took a long time to be seen, and my doctor gave me a prescription without really telling me what was wrong. Would recommend bringing a laptop or smth to pass the time.

Dr. Wiggins is great. He took the time to listen to all my symptoms and to get to know me personally before making any recommendations. Very thorough in his explanations. I definitely recommend him if you're looking for a PCP.

This practice is great! I walked in with a few issues, they treated me quickly, and the doctor really listened to me. As a female college student, professionals are usually quick to blow me off as its "what does a young girl know?", but he really listened and followed up with me. The nurses were extremely helpful also when I discussed other issues with them about my PCP. They were able to refer me to a better PCP and get me the meds I needed. Highly recommend visiting. It is clean and the staff is amazing.

I have always had a great experience at First Care on Parker Road! My physician, Dr. McNamara, always takes his time and never rushes me out of the office. I have used this clinic for annual physicals as well as urgent care and I have never been disappointed.

Do your research on which doctor you choose initially because you will never be able to change your physician even if you find another physician at any firstcare clinic that has better specialties in your areas of needs.

Dr. Kolinski is the best doctor out there. He is a very thorough Doctor & he takes the time to listen to you. But, the other doctors/nurse practitioners in this clinic are not very good. I refuse to see anybody but Dr. Kolinski!

This clinic has provided good care for me , The First Care located at 1001 Parker rd on the other hand has provided the absolute worst service a paying customer could expect. The front desk is filled with incompetence. You very rarely get to see your doctor if you get to see a doctor at all.Please if your are ill don't use this facility. It is that bad .
