I tried to exchange 14 tiles that I clearly bought here for 15 more in the same price range because they stopped having the pattern I needed. I did not have the receipt nor the card my wife bought these with. They did not give me any help. Whatsoever. I will be out of country next week and these people ruined my trip with their crappy service. I have come home and sold all of my Home Depot stock as well and they are off my list forever.

I kind of secretly like coming here for projects because I always end up buying more than I intended but in a good way - the home and yard improvements are fun! The employees I've encountered have been stellar-from plant advice, to helping lift and find items without being asked. The man bringing back the carts has went out of his way to check the safety of the carts when we've came up before, super friendly and caring. And a lot of the prices are better than Lowe's. Also the website count on items in stock is usually spot on.

Stock is not accurate or corrected when found to be incorrect. I drove 40 miles to get SuperStrut that showed 9 in stock. I get there and they day it's out of stock. you would think they would correct it at that time but no. I check back a few days later and see it's showing in stock so I order online, along with other electrical items, to later get an email saying order was canceled because the Superstrut and several other items were not in stock. I complain to the store directly asking why they don't adjust stick number if they know it's out but they cannot provide and answer. I contact support online and they state it will be corrected. Check back in a few days and still shows in stick even though it's not. They also likely rely in the computer to prompt them to order sut since the computer thinks they have nine 10' sticks of Superstrut, it will likely not get reordered. This has wasted tike and fuel all because they cannot think or act on their own, even at the highest level of management.

I advise not to order any appliance that has to be delivered!! Their delivery service is horrific!! I will never buy anything from Home Depot again that has to be delivered!!

Drove 100 miles from Poplar Bluff to buy 60 boards because they don’t carry them in Bluff. Checked availability and prices at Jonesboro Arkansas store. $7.36. Arrived at store price is $15.63. Manager and Corporate both refuse to honor their own price! Lost two customers for life because of their illegal bait and switch!

I would not recommend Home Depot on anything that is not in stock. If it has to be ordered go someplace else. Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled/refunded until the order has been delivered even if it is ship to store or store install and a ridiculous amount of time has past

My wife purchased a storm door on line. Before I went to pick it up. I called the store to make sure they had the door on the shelf. After being on the phone for 14 minutes, I didn't have any answer. Just to see how long it would take to get the same information , I called Lowe's. In less then 30 seconds I was talking to a person getting answers about their storm doors. When I got the text that my home depot purchase was ready for pick up. I went and got the door. I asked if they give veterans a discount for on-line purchases. Their answer was, NO. I stopped by Lowe's and asked the same question. Their answer was, YES.

I highly recommend NEVER using Home Depot for flooring installation. We purchased flooring at the beginning of December and 3 months later we’re still waiting on their people to show up to install it. We purchased from Home Depot with “free installation” but now we’re left dealing with some third party company in Memphis that could care less if we get carpet and Home Depot already got their money so it’s not their problem. If they’re going to contract people out to do their work, they should make sure they’re dependable. They’ve cancelled or no-showed us 4 times. It’s ridiculous. Go anywhere else!

A new store manager has arrived and already made some great additions to this great store. I totally was in awe of all the FLAGS they've placed at each aisle. Very patriotic to display the American flag and the flag of all the DoD branches. EXCELLENT Home Depot.......EXCELLENT....

Bingo!!! Their aisle was closed too, no workers present;A fellow came along, opened the aisle, led us to item we wanted... helped us pick the model & even saved us some money.... Will definitely have to come back here.Much better customer service than Lowe's.....

Home Depot 10:00 AM today, mobbed with prople, no one counting people, no social distancing at the very long line at the checkout in the garden center, Not one single staff person, inclding the store manager, was wearing a face covering. This was awful. I will not go back.

My husband just left there about an hour ago and I don’t appreciate the way he was treated. He needed some wood cut, asked for help. Heard them page for help. Asked again, 20 mins passed by no one still came to help so he started asking if anyone worked in the wood dept and an employee said from an aisle away that if he would have asked for help then maybe he might could get it. And I am not impressed. Your employee didn’t know how to work the equipment needed. And definitely could use some redirection on customer service. Next time we will just go some where else.
