Arrived almost 2 hours before closing time. There were 2 stylists in the building working. Each stylist had a client in their chair, and there was one man in the waiting area to be seen before my two children. My children were checked in 1 1/2 hours before closing time.
The hairdressers took their sweet time on the people before us, which we did not mind the wait because I wouldn’t want a rushed job for the money they charge either. But by time they got finished with the 3 clients, they were so pissed that they still had to cut my children’s hair as it was 10 mins till closing time by the time they got my children in the salon chair. I didn’t catch the names of the hairdressers but I’ve never seen such Anschluss customer service care. I usually leave $20-$40 tips each time we go get haircuts. I left $5 for each of them and even that was more than they deserved. The two hairdressers were passive and rude with my children, despite us patiently waiting for over an hour. One of the hairdressers was so pissed that we paid for a shampoo and expected the shampoo service after we already paid to add it on.. they kept saying they were ready to leave, they rushed my children’s haircuts the night before picture day at school. The lady who did shampoo my child almost burned him with the water it was so hot. The haircuts looked nothing like the picture. My biggest issue was the way they treated me and my kids after we already paid for and tipped for the service before the service was even finished.

I just got the worst haircut of my life. you ever had to put a hair product in your own hair? I did and I don't even know the old lady's name but she didn't do anything besides 0 guard my head asked me if I wanted any products and made ME put it on and then had to go dig for paper towels to wipe my hands off THEN PAY. my sideburns aren't lined up. she never touched a brush or hair dryer so I still had hair ALL OVER ME. bad attitude and was complaining to the other lady the whole time. I don't know if she just didn't like me or what but I won't be back. I'll pay a friend before I deal with her again. if cutting hair is to much stress then find another job

I always love coming to Great Clips for my hair cut. They are all so pleasant and take notes on how I like it cut and it looks great when finished. My hair stylist was Ashley and I just love the way she cuts my hair. I have natural curly in the back and she does so well cutting it. All of their stylist do well and this is an affordable salon that me as a senior can afford.

Awful experience. The stylist butchered my daughters hair, she's in tears. On top of that she made a very rude comment about her having a baby at a young age. This is so unprofessional. One mad mom right now.

I've never went into one of these places without coming out looking like a man and mad as hell. Are these students?
They just love to salp elder women. So much that it takes 4 byrs to grow back.
I always tell them exactly what I want but they still insist on doing it how they want to. I'm always ashamed for anyone to see me if I can help it. I have pride in my hair just like anyone else.
I showed the Last girl a picture from a book and she said " oh u don't like that , do you?
Too damn short. They love doing butches on women. A lot easier than doing it right.
Guess I'll have to.find a more expensive place...if that matters. I always fib and say I liked it while at the same time fuming.
I wish someone could tell me a really good one. One that tries to please.
I'm not going back because I've cut it for years and done a better job. Just got too old now to do it.
It seems like they are barbers ..not beauticians... I see lots of men customers. Lot easier..right.. all the girls there have their hair cut like men's so. There's your answer nope.not ever wasting my time there again. Got better things to do.

Ashley, she cut my hair upon request that I was going to the head surgery and for that, I will need extra small hair !! She made it happen and asked me to let her know how the surgery went. I called and let her know that the surgery went well and I’m still recovering from it.

I went to Great clips today to get a hair cut. I have a pixie cut and have gotten my hair cut there twice recently with no problems. I went in and immediately they got to me.
It didn’t take long to realize this girl had not been cutting hair long but she was doing a good job.
I let her know I wanted the crown a little shorter so I could spike it…about 2inches.
This “new”. Girl would ask the beautician next to her how it looked after she cut certain sections.
Finally she got to the back of my head at the top and asked this other beautician how to deal with the bump part of my hair in the back.
This person beautician came over and said “ if she is going to spike it just do this”. And she ran the clippers up the side of my head and stopped right before my part on one side then proceeded to shave the back and the other side stopping at about my temple!!
It is the worst hair cut I have ever gotten, and sure didn’t ask for. I don’t know if she was tired of being asked questions or what but she took it out on my head.
The young beautician that started the job and subsequently had to try and straighten it up was very good just a little green. The other beautician should be fired and never touch a head of hair again,,
Oh on top of having my head shaved except for a sprig or two I paid $19 for it.
I will not be back and not sure if I will ever get my hair cut again anywhere! Just don’t trust anyone with my hair now.

Would put a zero but google won't let you do any less than 1. The hair stylists messed up my husband's hair. It was sloppy and uneven. DO NOT GO HERE!

Tanya at the highland dr location cut my son’s hair and was so patient and kind to him. She did a fabulous job.
