I have known several stylists that have worked for the Jonesboro Great Clips locations over the years. They will literally take anyone with a valid license. When they owned out of state locations they would send stylists over to those locations to work KNOWING that their license didn’t cover them to practice in that state. Several of these stylists have been forced to work open to close with no break whatsoever. The stylists are expected to get to work before their shift starts and be willing to stay past when their shift ends without complaint. Not to mention they don’t get to know what their schedule is for the week until 4 DAYS before that schedule begins. Stylists are reprimanded for taking longer than 17 minutes on a haircut regardless of length or thickness. It truly is the literal definition of a haircut factory. It’s 100% about quantity and 0% about quality. If you’re a friend or family member of the owner you get to skip in front of people in the lobby who have been waiting for hours. Stylists can show up drunk and still keep their job, along with all kinds of other tomfoolery. Do yourself a favor. Pay a couple more bucks for a quality haircut outside of these soulless corporations who don’t care about their stylists or their customers.

I've tried three different stylists and none of them acted like they knew what they were doing. I've included photos of the last experience. I was allowing my to grow out some and you can see what I have. She knew I was letting it grow out. I pointed out two different places that it was uneven and after she lopped that off she asked me if that was better and I said yes and paid and left because if I had pointed out that it still wasn't straight I wouldn't have had any hair left. I told her I wore it feathered toward my face and she insisted on combing it back. I gave them three chances and I even called headquarters the last time,and they never offered me a free haircut or anything just told me how wonderful their stylist were. I won't be going back and I'll tell everyone I know not to go there. Enclosed are photos.

My 4 year old has never had a haircut before today, & Arian took amazing care of him! She was very attentive & made sure he was comfortable the entire time. The ladies at the front desk were also very sweet & friendly!
