“Came to Jonesboro for medical school and this was the best thing about being in Jonesboro. This gym is always extremely clean. People are very respectful of each other and nice. The track is amazing to walk around and the sauna and pool are amazing and clean. The café is also amazing. Try their breakfast. The staff are also very nice and accommodating.”

“Nice gym located on the campus of Arkansas State University. They have multiple basketball courts that can also be used as volleyball courts, weights and cardio equipment, and indoor track and soccer space, and more. Students can use the facility any time and they sell memberships for non students. Good place and convenient if you work on campus.”
“Best gym in town if you are looking for more than just workout equipment. They have the best equipment on the market and plenty of it, classes, sauna, steam room, hot tub, pool etc. It may cost a little more than other places but with the family plan and the amenities it actual ends up being cheaper and well worth the money. Only thing I would change, or my suggestion box entry would be a sign in the sauna/hot tub area saying no religious or political talk allowed only light conversation others are trying to relax and or meditate and enjoy the peace. I understand the heat brings out the holy spirit in some but not the place for it or loud discussions in my opinion.”
