“We always book a double queen when we travel...this hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and check-in went smoothly. Summertime, so the pool was open and it and the area were excellent....great place to relax.
Would have given it an all 5 star except for the breakfast. It was ok.”
“Hotel and room were clean. The soundproofing of the room was very good. The room was big and spacious enough for our family of 5. The wifi was good everywhere in the hotel. The hot breakfast was very good with a lot choice and a nice made to order egg and omelette bar. Best of all was the service. Every employees we met during our stay, from the reception to the breakfast staff and the room cleaning staff was polite, nice, made you feel welcome and were always ready to help. We will definitely stay there again if we stop by Jonesboro.”

“Stayed here for a week and had a good experience every day. The only downside is it can be kind of loud with parking just outside of a window. The staff is extremely friendly and I thought the breakfast was just enough to get started in the day. Everything was clean and everything worked even during a once in a lifetime snowstorm.”
“I don't often rate a budget hotel 5 stars, but this one deserves it. We had a great experience here all the way around. Check-in was very friendly.Our room was very clean and nice and large. The fridge in the room had a small freezer inside, which was super convenient for our needs. The internet was good. The shower was nice. The breakfast was awesome. And all at a very great price. Highly recommend.”
“During the snow storm my vehicle couldn't make it home. I work third shift and got off in the morning. I work close-by and spoke with the employee, Nicole, over the phone, I told her my situation and asked her what time check in was. She was extremely kind and said that I could just come on by whenever I get off of work. When I got there the hotel was really comforting, they had the fireplace going, it was clean, every single employee I spoke with were all so very nice. They offered me breakfast since it was still being served. The room was spacious, clean, the bathroom was large. What really brought everything together was the staff there, this company is very fortunate to have such great employees.”

“Set back away from the freeway, so I thought it was pretty quiet.
Decent rooms. My particular room had stained Carpet and furniture. Bathroom hand some, leftover hair and the toilet wouldn’t flush correctly.
Micro-sized Pool is for children only.
Again, in my particular suite, I could clearly hear somebody using the bathroom while sitting on the couch. I’m sure they could hear the same from me which was a little awkward.
That said, everything worked, The area was safe, the staff was friendly.”
“The reviews are mostly bad, but it's not a bad place at all. The neighborhood is not sketchy (as a review said) and everything is close and convenient as far as groceries and stores are concerned. It was very close to the area where I needed to be for both of my events. The water was hot, the bed comfy, the staff nice, and the breakfast was normal. Of course there was bugs, but they are doing renovations and people come in and out of hotels all the time bringing little critters with them, it's just the way it is. There were one or two not a million..... there is a difference.”

“We decided to stay at this hotel becaue we wanted the home away from home and wanted to have our own rooms and be able to do laundry. We looked at the ratings and decided to book the 2 bedroom. They upgraded us to a 3 room for no extra cost and we really enjoyed the home. The staff was very nice and we got in a little early and went to the porch as nobody was around the office at the time. We had a drink from the great bartender and visited a bit as we waited for check in time. We did wish they could have some patio furniture and chairs for the back deck or the front patio area so we could enjoy the evening or sit outside to visit. We do realize things are not perfect and they have some minor blemish or maintenance needs, but we get they need time to get things done and I'm sure with the schedule it takes some time. We liked the porch and visited for a drink a couple of times. The city police station is practically next door so we felt safe. Small gas station and store across the street and down town had several shops and small restaurants and bars within walking distance. Great parking options either parking lot or out in front of the units. Did we say we enjoyed the staff. At least the ones we interacted with during our stay. I would go to this hotel, apartment style lodging again if I was in this area again and highly recommend.”
