This is the post I shared on my social media platforms. You should be ashamed.
So look at the photo. What's on sale, obviously the two racks of jewelry on each side of the sign? You would be wrong. None of that applies to the sign between them. What's on sale is stuff way behind it on a completely different counter. When asking about it they just blew it off as if they could care less. Horrible and shame on you J.C. Penny, you should be ashamed to drop your standards like this.

The survey link doesnt work. Your customer service was minimum at best. Yall also tried to charge me full price for dress pants even tho there was 15 to 20 pairs of the same pants marked with a pink clearance sticker in the clearance sections of the store. Yall need to get store in order. If i could leave 0 stars i would. Jessica your store sucks

I could not find the Alfred Dunner Pants in the great collection they use to carry, Bought a pair w/o trying them on. Length much too short, Did buy a Great Sweater by Dunner though!

Store has had nice sales for the community. Sales staff are very friendly and helpful to the customers! Our mall was destroyed about approximately 3 years ago , J.c.Penny was not affected. However, since the storm this store has had issues with the air conditioning system! Here in the South, air conditioning is necessary for the staff and the customers ! When the temp is 99 and the humidity is 110 , it is terrible in the store ! Please do whatever you can do, to help everyone !!! We love our Penny Store and want to encourage families from all over to shop , very difficult when you are wetter than you felt going into shop ! Lots of nice parking available, one of the few stores with many Disability Parking spaces!!

Had an amazing sale. The check out line was long, to me didn't seem like they scheduled enough people. I waited in the line for 25 mins and I was just there to pick up the order I did online. I wished there had been 2 lines for that.
