DO NOT USE! THEY CLAIM THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR DAMAGES. I brought my 2013 Scion Frs to Jonesboro Alignment for a mount and balance on my front wheels and for an alignment. The car has all the wheels powder coated white. After receiving the car back (8/11), I noticed both wheels had scuffs in the powder coat and black markings. In the photos provided, it is obvious these are not due to curb rash because the scuffs are either; pressed in, in an area that can only be reached while the tire is removed, or scratched in a straight line (unlike curb rash that would be hatched or have vertical lines). I spoke with the owner on 8/12 and was told to send pictures. On 8/14 I talked to him in person and after going back and forth he agreed to refund my purchase. I would have liked the wheels to be fixed but it was obvious he would not agree to that. I proceeded to text the business on 8/22 and call on 8/28 with no update. On 9/5 I called again and was told that Jonesboro alignment will not be refunding me or taking any further action. The owner was very aggressive and dismissed our initial agreement. No contact has been made since. Also, the steering wheel was left at 1 o'clock, and the car was dropped off the day before and not done till 5pm the next day.

I had called Friday around 11am and explained to them that I had a Dodge charger that needed to have brake and rotors replaced- When I arrived there was nobody in the office and after waiting 5-10 mins a lady had come to the front and got my keys and told me she would get them started on it - After waiting another hour I realized I needed to do my back brakes also because I had just asked for the front, so I told them and they had ordered those. While I'm waiting another lady comes in and they pull her car onto the lift before mine - I called ahead and should have been told there was going to be a long wait. While I was there, they were doing a lift on another SUV and the lady had to come back because apparently the alignment was not done right. I was quoted $90 for labor plus parts - I did not know the price of the parts and was never given an option or quote. after waiting from 12:15 to almost 4:15 the lady then tells me my total is 782. and some odd cents. I HAVE NEVER paid that much EVER. I will not be back, and I will not send anyone to you- They were drinking beer while working and playing - I waited a long time in which I should've been discounted for my time because you all gave me an appointment for 1pm. no apology or anything. They did not adjust or bleed my breaks so they're still soft all they did was install the new rotors and brakes and drove my car down the road. I guarantee they did not inspect anything or do the complete break job. Worst experience ever!

Professional service , best steering and suspension shop in northeast Arkansas. I had my truck at 3 different shops that charged me and didn’t fix the tire wear issue , Jonesboro alignment solved it the first time

Brought my vehicle up here to get an alignment. The price was good at $105. I got my vehicle back from the shop and the steering was crooked. It drove straight with the steering wheel at 1 o'clock. I brought it back again. Same thing, but now it drove straight at 11 o'clock. Brought it back for a third time and same exact thing. I'm pretty sure they didn't even touch it this time. I could understand if some suspension components were messed up and affecting the alignment, but they never said a word about it. I highly doubt they even checked. They obviously don't test drive the vehicles afterwards. Besides that, they never call to tell you your vehicle is done. You just have to spam call until someone gives you an update. I'm using Plaza Tire Service from now on, and I recommend everyone else do the same.

Took two of my cars there and after going to the dealer I was told it was a bad alignment. Both cars had bad alignment. After talking to them they told me they did not care about a review and also srated that " it's was like going to McDonald's and they put pickles on a burger and you didn't want pickles". I still don't know what that mean. Be careful of this place he told me out of his mouth he didn't care about reviews he does the work not focus on quality work. Not a good place at all.

All I can say is if you want good honest people and good honest service then look no further. Jonesboro Alignment is the place. They did a minor repair that we weren’t sure was going to fix it and when we went to pick our vehicle up they told us to take it for the weekend and then if that didn’t fix it there was no charge. Didn’t even try to get us to bring it back to them to do the actual repair that needed to be done. We took it back and not only did they work us in they had it done by the end of day. Couldn’t ask for better service!!! And my personal favorite they didn’t try to up sale us. They just gained a new customer here for sure. Thank you Jonesboro Alignment much appreciated!!!!

Had an appt set for 9:00. I sat there until 9:45 and no one ever showed up. Horrible experience. Would not recommend. I ended up leaving and going to Gateway.

Honest people! They stand behind their work. Easy to make an appointment and they get you in & out fast!! Had multiple vehicles there with zero complaints. Happy customer.
