This is pretty sad, kids. On Feb. 24th, my wife spent $112 on groceries here, which I picked up at around 5pm. Never mind that when I got home I got a call from a manager saying that I was given the wrong groceries and that I've have to drive back to get the right ones. I was in a decent enough mood to forgive Kroger's staff of this mistake. But this next one is harder to ignore.
When I got home with the right groceries, my wife pointed out the sad condition of the tomatoes that we were given. See for yourself.
We're loyal shoppers of Kroger. We shop here at least twice a month. Generally speaking, we like the place. But this is inexcusable, considering the pickup app has an option for staff members to replace items. What was this staff member thinking if they were even paying attention to what they were doing?
We sure hope our next visit will be a more pleasant one.

Thank you Andre for always helping me prep this tenderloin. I have gotten this for many years now. I have not made this the last few years. So coming back to order and have this done, it is nice to have this familiar person know what I needed. Merry Christmas🎄

Ordered one thing online, went for pick up they got it wrong. Had to walk in to return it, only got the price of the item back not the 5.00 charge for using pick up. Called hotline to complain no resolution. Called by someone from the store for making a complaint that was rude and made excuses for terrible experience.

Don’t go the store. Found mold in my coconut for the 2nd time this month. Employee should do a better job at rotating food. Very disappointed.

YOU’ll HAVE TO GO TO ANOTHER STORE IF YOU WANT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I like this store because it’s clean. However, if you are looking for a fast check out, go elsewhere. They’re always under staffed at the front( checkout), and they could care less. Self checkout full! 2 registers open with a cashier. Who wants to scan a bunch of canned goods, bottles and produce in self checkout!! I spoke to the GM and she was busy cleaning the cart area. As I was speaking she couldn’t have cared less. She didn’t stop with what she was doing to even acknowledge me or what I was saying. Customer Service supervisors didn’t answer the phone. One of the other managers was playing with the flowers in front of the store! Our nice Kroger has gone to the dogs. I only gave 1 star because I had to in order to write a review.

Update: Strike 2-Placed a cake order and they didn’t even make it!!! Showed up to pick it up today and they acted like they had no idea we ordered one. Absolutely pathetic!!!
Won’t blow up balloons for my daughter’s birthday party unless I buy the balloons from them! Ridiculous! Said it was a Covid precaution!!! You’re not blowing them up with your mouth! I guess their balloons are magical and can’t have Covid on them?!?🤣

I went to Kroger today and I went to the sea food department Andrea the assistant manager their has always treated me with the upmost respect and had always picked out the freshest fish and seafood for me I hope he continues to work their and be a example to the other associate this is how you treat customers 🫡💪🏽

Majority of front-end clerks are lazy a$$holes. All they do is gossip, leave you hanging and scoff when you need their help. They’ll make it very obvious that they hate their jobs by confidently projecting it onto customers, and presumably management doesn’t care enough to resolve it. According to the other reviews, i’m not the only one having this experience every time I step foot in here. It baffles me that this particular Kroger even has a 4 star rating. While there may be tons of great and convenient selections, the ugliness of the staff is a huge turnoff.

Nice and friendly atmosphere. The employees here are always helpful. There's usually some good deals going on every week. Great place to shop.
