Love's Travel Stop on I-555 at Exit 40 is a well-kept and managed facility. It provides friendly and polite service, with employees noted as always nice. The modern store is well stocked with diesel fuel, gas, food, and supplies. The facilities are very clean, including the showers and restrooms, which are described as the cleanest seen at any gas station or truck stop. Parking is decent and conveniently close. It is a welcoming stop for truck drivers and those needing services like propane. While generally very clean, one note mentions the men's room could be cleaner during overnight hours.

Clean and well lit, however getting back onto the x-way is a little tricky at night, because there's a road right before the entrance that looks like it could be the entrance because of entrance sign location (when heading East)

I love that I get 10 cents off per gallon of gas on every visit. There is a large selection of food, drinks and other items. The restrooms are always clean and well stocked.
