“We had to get a CPM machine loaned to us for my daughter's recovery from ACL surgery. I do not have any complaints about my experience here. They were quick to greet and help me and they were able to explain how the device works while giving a demonstration on its usage. Once our 21 day loan period was up, they actually came and picked up the machine from us. I guess they could be a little more organized because it took them a while to find the order for my daughter's loaner device but it was not too inconvenient.”
