Yeah I just would like to say that metro sucks the customer service is horrible both online and in person and what's got my blood boiling is the fact that I can't speak to an agent via 611 because my bill is due , come to find out that I've been paying 81.00 a month for a sixty dollar plan . Well i want to have that corrected or at least addressed before I pay my bill. So as I guess punishment for being delinquent on bill is not being able to Talk to a live agent on the phone. And they can't assist you all over the phone What's up with that? Metro must not even trust its own employees enough to give them enough authority to look in to an account over the phone. Any way and the actual store that I hit my phone at has their damn phone off the hook . Metro Sucks People! If you have another option I'd check into . ThanksJeremy Hoffman

Nice sales lady, Gabby was awesome! She even gave me a price over the phone that I appreciated so much due to the fact I am going close to 70 years old and did not want to drive an hour to find out the price! Seems like these people behind the counter or getting less and less helpful. Seems like they pull prices out of the air, and when one store tells me something and I go to the next one, for the same exact thing they want to tell me there's more money SMH!been customer for over four years the only service is the customer service when you call. Not same people at the stores. Like if you don't want to be at work don't go to work that's what it seems like
