I have been a customer for a long time. I have went to this store twice, and no one wants to sell me a phone. Tatiana, is not friendly, told me the website must be down and was going to let me just leave. I called customer service myself and got the problem fixed. I did spend about $250, but it was like pulling teeth to get her to help me.I thought maybe the first time she was having a bad day, but still the same the next time I went. The owner needs to do an overhaul on this store. I work retail and manage a store, and this was beyond ridiculous.

My wife myself and daughter walk into the store and smell just like somebody's been getting high in there, the girl that helped us didn't hardly know anything about phones. The only thing she did was able to find my contacts but couldn't get them restored to my phone. We are considering moving over to AT&T

Costumer service no help. Ive been with the same place with the same phone without missing a single payment. Couldn't get none of the free phones or upgrade they so often send to my phone. And the data is a JOKE, i watch 2 movies on my tv and its over. Metro sucks

The white dude Josh had a gun on him while at work. Wasn’t feeling too safe. And he says he is the manager. It says on door no guns allowed. So why does he have a gun. He smelled like liquor and seemed like he was drunk as well. He was rude and brushed me off.

Bought two phones after two hours one would stop working. Did the trouble shoot at store and and on the phone . Still didn't work right. So did warranty exchange second one did the same thing . Went in to do a warranty claim and when the phone came in we went to store to pick it up. They were going to charge me $25 for service that hasn't worked right from the start . .

Saleswoman lied numerous times in order to pad the purchase. She added extra features which she never told me about, but my bill is higher than it should be and what I signed up for.

Absolutely horrible service. Went to the store to try and get my issues resolved and the woman ended up reset my phone without telling me I will never be back to the service!!! I hate it needs zero stars!

Horrible. I purchased a tablet here. They said in the store I could have it unlocked after 6 months. After I came back the "manager" said I could not AFTER she just said I could. Apparently she couldn't figure it out. Totally unprofessional and acted like a diva. I can't believe metro allows someone of this low standards to be employed.

There seems to be some issues about wanting to let me in to swap phone over to another, however since I wasn't able to enter store due to mask and store wasn't able to provide one to their costumers, I find the costumer services were lacking, the store needs better evaluation of the individuals employed as they were just hanging outside the store front for like an hour smoking. I don't think the store on nettleton location has what it takes to be organized they were clearly unprepared with extra mask to provide costumers and were turned away and may have assumed business elsewhere where there are better staff and places who really want to make money . As noted I highly not recommend anyone going to nettleton location unless prepared nor them..
