Went in to pick up an online order, of course it wasn't ready. Then when it was, I was asking questions and she still had no clue what was or wasn't in the order. I still had to go through it myself and bag it up!

Went There To Find Tie Tacs IN Store, And I Would Have To Order On Line. Needed Some Wooden Initials, Craft Paint, etc. And Was Able To Buy A Few Other Goods With 20% Off Whole Purchase, That I Was Over Joyed To Receive! All In All, A Good Shopping Spree.

Store organization was AMAZING, but the yarn selection was poor. There's a wider range to pick from at Hobby Lobby, which is where I went because Joann's was even worse! I was shopping for some diversity to bring more variety into my work, but I left empty-handed. I needed specific colors for some projects as well and was excited because I have neither store in my hometown.

Asked a associate to open the marker case and they went to get keys then I seen them leave the store and I pressed the assistant button and waited for over 25 mins and no one ever showed up to help.

Nice crafts store located in the Highland Square Shopping Center. They have a nice selection here and the prices seem much better than the competition. Although it is not as large as some competitors, I find the items here better in quality and variety. I will return here in the future.

Recently , Michael's had a very nice sale! Lots of items in the store in every section had big sale prices! New store for our town !Very impressive service up of the craft areas ! Excited they opened the business !
